Terms of Service

Our APIs and digital products are provided directly by Bonai. When you subscribe to a Bonai product, you enter into an agreement with Bonai LLC. Your account and API keys are created and managed through the Bonai console (console.bonai.io). All billing and subscription management are handled by Bonai. Any disputes regarding billing or account access should be directed to Bonai support in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your paid subscription, Bonai LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access our APIs.

Restrictions: You may not: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our APIs; (b) use our APIs to create a competing service; (c) bypass any rate limits or security measures; (d) use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; or (e) sell, lease, or sublicense the raw data returned by our APIs without explicit written consent.

Caching: You may cache API responses locally to improve performance. Reasonable caching is permitted; systematically downloading or storing a substantial portion of the data to create a competing service or redistribute it is prohibited.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Bonai services, including our branding, API structures, and proprietary algorithms, are and will remain the exclusive property of Bonai LLC and its licensors.

We do not claim ownership over the third-party news content indexed by our APIs; such content remains the property of its respective publishers and is subject to their own terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our APIs at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or if your usage creates a technical or legal risk to our platform. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bonai LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your use of our services; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS. BONAI LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BONAI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR APIS OR DIGITAL SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BONAI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the services.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bonai regarding our services.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Survival. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and have no contractual effect.
